What condition must items be in?
Items must be in original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The item should not show any signs of wear, washing, or use. If an item has been worn, washed, or damaged, it will not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet these conditions.
Do I need to include original packaging?
While original packaging is not required, we strongly recommend including it to protect your items during shipping. If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable, please use a sturdy box and pack items securely with appropriate padding material. Damaged items upon arrival may be subject to a restocking fee or return denial.
What about items on sale or clearance?
Items purchased at a discount or on sale are eligible for return at the discounted price paid. However, items marked as 'Clearance' or 'Final Sale' cannot be returned. These items are clearly marked on the product page and during checkout. Please review item descriptions carefully before purchasing clearance items.
Can I return items purchased with a discount code?
Yes, you can return items purchased with a discount code. Your refund will be issued for the discounted amount you paid, not the original price. If you used a discount code that is no longer valid, the refund will still be for the amount you actually paid.

What items are eligible for return?
Most items purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Exceptions include: clearance items (final sale), custom or personalized items, intimate apparel, swimwear, and items marked as non-returnable. Gift cards and digital products cannot be returned.
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. The return period is calculated from the order date, not the delivery date. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 45 days of the original purchase date. We recommend initiating your return as soon as possible to ensure it's processed within the return window.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click 'Request Return.' Follow the prompts to select the items and reason for return. You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label, pack your items securely, and drop off the package at any authorized shipping location. Make sure to keep your tracking number for reference.
How long does refund processing take?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. This inspection typically takes 3-5 business days. After approval, your refund is processed and returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. In total, you can expect to see your refund within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return.
